The short version
Arcade Haven has no accounts, no ads of its own and no tracking.
Your high scores and settings are saved only on your own device.
When you use the search bars or Ask AI, what you type is sent to Google to get your results.
Arcade Chat is public — be kind, and messages are deleted after 24 hours.
Friend chats are not secret — only you and your friend see them in the arcade, but the moderator can read them to keep everyone safe. They are also deleted after 24 hours.
Don't type personal information (your full name, address, phone number, passwords or school) into Ask AI or the search bars.
1. What stays on your device
The games save your high scores, unlocked items (like ships, birds and balls), progress, and settings such as sound on/off. This is stored in your web browser's local storage on your device. It is never sent to us or anyone else. You can delete it at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings.
2. What Arcade Haven does not do
We don't ask for your name, email, age or a password. Your chat nickname is linked to a random code saved in your browser — that's all.
We don't use analytics or tracking tools, and we don't sell or share data.
Arcade Haven itself doesn't set cookies. (Google's services, below, may set their own.)
3. Services from other companies
Some features rely on other companies. When you use them, those companies receive information such as your IP address and what you type, and their own privacy policies apply.

4. More about Ask AI
Our server (a Cloudflare Worker) passes your question to Google Gemini and sends the answer back. It does not save your questions or answers.
To stop overuse, the server briefly counts how many questions each IP address asks per day. This count is kept only in the server's temporary memory and is cleared automatically.
Cloudflare, which runs the server, may keep basic technical logs as described in its own privacy policy.
Google Gemini answers the questions. Ask AI uses Google's free service, and Google may keep and use what you send to improve its products, and human reviewers may read it. That's the main reason not to type anything personal.
AI answers can be wrong. Double-check anything important.
5. Arcade Chat rules
Arcade Chat is a public chat room — anyone visiting Arcade Haven can read what you write. To keep it fun and safe for everyone:
Be kind. No bullying, insults, swearing, hate, threats, or mean comments about anyone.
Never share personal information — yours or anyone else's: real full name, address, school, phone number, email, passwords, photos, or social media accounts.
Never agree to meet anyone from the chat, and don't move chats to other apps.
No spam, advertising, links, or inappropriate content.
If someone makes you uncomfortable, stop replying, report them with 🚩, and tell a trusted adult.
Messages that break these rules are blocked automatically or removed by the moderator, and the chat can be switched off at any time. Messages with several reports are hidden automatically.
Friends: you can send a friend request to another player by their nickname. Once they accept, you can chat in 👥 Friends. Friend chats aren't shown to other players, but they are not secret: the arcade moderator can read all friend chats (and hide messages or ban players) to keep everyone safe. If a friend makes you uncomfortable, report the message with 🚩, remove them as a friend, and tell a trusted adult.
What the chat stores: your nickname, your message and the time you sent it are saved in a database on Cloudflare and shown publicly, then deleted automatically after 24 hours. The same goes for friend-chat messages. Your nickname, your friends list and when you last visited are kept so friends can find you; if you don't visit for 60 days, they are deleted too. The moderator's dashboard can't download or export any of this. Your IP address is used briefly in the server's temporary memory to stop spam (how often you post and whether you already reported a message) — it is not saved with your messages. Your nickname is also remembered in your own browser so you don't have to type it again.
6. Children
Arcade Haven is made for players of all ages and doesn't ask for personal information. If you're under 13, or under the age your country requires, please ask a parent or guardian before using the search or Ask AI features, since they send what you type to Google — and always ask before using Arcade Chat.
7. Links to other websites
Search results and Ask AI sources link to other websites. We don't control them, and they have their own privacy policies.
8. Changes to this policy
If Arcade Haven changes how it handles information, this page will be updated and the date at the top will change.
